We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, endorsed by or otherwise officially connected with BMW AG, BMW Australia, BMW M GmbH or any of their related companies.

BMW, M, M Performance, model names, chassis codes, logos, badges and other related marks are the property of their respective owners.

Any reference to BMW vehicles, model names or chassis codes on this website is used only to identify product compatibility.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by BAVR Performance are aftermarket products and are not genuine BMW products.

Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, compatibility information, photographs, measurements and specifications are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur because of:

handcrafted manufacturing;
carbon-fibre weave placement;
clear-coat finish;
vehicle production variations; and
previous modifications made to a customer’s vehicle.

Carbon-Fibre Appearance

Some aftermarket products may require reasonable adjustment or alignment during professional installation.

Customers should not drill, cut, trim, sand, paint or permanently modify a product before confirming fitment.

BAVR Performance is not responsible for damage caused by:

incorrect installation;
excessive force;
unsuitable tools;
careless handling;
unauthorised modification;
incorrect vehicle information supplied by the customer; or
installation contrary to the product instructions.

This does not exclude responsibility for a defect that existed when the product was supplied.

Road Use and Legal Compliance

Aftermarket modifications may affect:

vehicle ground clearance;
lighting;
exhaust noise;
emissions;
pedestrian safety;
registration;
roadworthiness;
insurance; and
compliance with state or territory vehicle standards.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the intended product and installation comply with all applicable laws, regulations, registration requirements and insurance conditions.

Products identified as “off-road use only,” “track use only” or “show use only” must not be used on public roads where doing so would be unlawful.

BAVR Performance does not represent that every product is road legal for every vehicle or every Australian jurisdiction unless this is expressly confirmed in writing.

Product Safety

BAVR Performance takes reasonable steps to supply safe products and comply with applicable Australian product-safety requirements.
